Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us:We're a privately held, Alaska-based general contractor with design-build capabilities, supporting a mix of commercial construction, fuel system installations, and environmental/compliance-driven work. The team operates statewide and handles everything from vertical construction to specialized underground systems and infrastructure tied to energy and retail fuel environments.

Role / responsibilities- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, and client communication
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors across civil, structural, mechanical, and specialty scopes
- Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and contract administration
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and vendors
- Track costs, forecast budgets, and ensure projects stay aligned with financial goals
- Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance
- Navigate projects that include underground systems, infrastructure work, and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a general contractor
- Background in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure-related construction
- Experience with design-build or technically complex scopes is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving in remote or logistically challenging environments
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management
- Comfortable working on projects that may include fuel systems, utilities, or regulated environments
