We are seeking a Spa Concierge to deliver excellence in service and support our brand standards while achieving key financial goals. You will play a critical role in creating relaxation experiences without rules, welcoming guests, and ensuring a serene environment.

- Represent Alyeska Nordic Spa with the highest level of service excellence and be knowledgeable of facility, treatment, and retail offerings
- Ensure a seamless first impression from curb to front desk
- Greet guests with immediate eye contact and a genuine greeting to create a sense of community and acceptance
- Provide unique spa experiences with thorough knowledge of hydrotherapy, services, products, and offerings
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when making reservations or checking in
- Maximize locker utilization and average spend per locker occupied to achieve daily success metrics
- Boost revenues and guest satisfaction by monitoring and responding to inquiries, wait lists, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain reception, retail, and relaxation spaces clean, restocked, and tidy throughout the shift
- Complete assigned tasks on time and to quality standards often without follow‑up
- Keep spaces clean, organized, and well‑maintained to support guests’ experience of ease
- Follow checklists and processes to support spa values of peace and respect for guests’ desire to be at peace
- Demonstrate personal communication, interaction, and behavior that welcomes everyone and promotes equality
- Support a collaborative workplace to further community, common goals, and acceptance
- Communicate honestly, embodying the core value of honesty in commitment and action
- Post‑secondary certifications, diploma or degree an asset
- 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable with technology and open to new learning
- A passion for mental and physical wellness
- Previous spa, hospitality, guest service or retail experience preferred
- Excellent guest service, communication, and organizational skills essential
- Previous reservation software and POS experience preferred
- Ability to focus on attention to detail, remaining professional and courteous at all times
This position includes a variety of shifts: early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. It is set in a fast‑paced environment with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, business partners, and stakeholders. Working outdoors in mountain weather with temperatures ranging from
-30 °C (‑22 °F) to +30 °C (86 °F).
