Client Services Representative

Position

Full‑time Veterinary Client Service Representative. Pay ranges $16 to $20 depending on experience.

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual who loves animals and can manage phones, appointments, and visitors while making clients feel welcome at Wasilla Veterinary Clinic.

• Greeting clients with a bright smile and creating a positive experience.
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing client questions.
• Assisting veterinarians and techs with administrative tasks.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date client records and keeping the reception area organized.
• Serving as the face of the front desk and supporting clinic operations.

• Prior customer service or veterinary experience.
• Ability to multitask, such as answering the phone while attending to clients.
• Detail oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Computer savvy and reliable.
