We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Express Lube Advisor to join our award-winning team in Wasilla. Join a fast‑growing auto retailer that provides comprehensive training and continuous support.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming telephone calls courteously in accordance with Incoming Telephone Calls standards (ITC).
- Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process: greet customers professionally, identify concerns, offer resolutions, communicate service details, assess needs via vehicle walk‑around, obtain service agreement, and offer a multi‑point inspection.
- Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
- Follow the Interim Customer Contact (ICC2) process: provide accurate estimates supporting upfront pricing guarantee; obtain approval for findings and additional service requests.
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians using department dispatch policy and cost‑control methods; communicate service requirements clearly.
- Follow up with customers during service to keep them informed of status.
- Follow the Customer Delivery (CD) process: receive and process cash or credit payments; deliver vehicle promptly and professionally; complete the Sales‑to‑Service process by welcoming customers and explaining services provided.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Typing efficiency for entering repair orders.
- Basic mathematics for calculating service costs and saving cash.
- Basic computer skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
- High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
