Full‑Time Position $16-$20 depending on experience.

• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and being the go‑to guru for client questions.
• Helping our veterinarians and techs with admin tasks.
• Keeping client records up‑to‑date and the reception area looking fabulous.
• Being the heart and soul of our front desk—without needing a stethoscope.

• Someone with previous customer service or veterinary experience.
• A multitasking wizard who can answer the phone while soothing a nervous kitty.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and ready to roll with a positive attitude.
