Coordinator with English, Russian, Spanish

We are a company based in the USA, seeking a remote Coordinator who speaks English, Russian, and Spanish for an American home care agency that organizes services for seniors.

Our requirements:

• Ability to work in a team
• Experience in customer support
• Stress resistance

Responsibilities:

• Control nannies during their visits to patients in the CRM system
• Communicate with patients and assist in resolving their questions
• Contact hospitals and insurance plans when needed
• Find replacements for nannies when necessary
• Prepare reports and notes on any changes in patients' schedules or health conditions

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 am — 05:00 pm New York time (16:00-00:00 Kyiv time)
