Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, managing acute concerns, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs
• Practice with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary care team
• Mentor APPs
• Contribute to quality initiatives
• Help shape the future of primary care within an innovative healthcare organization

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $211,369 to $317,053
• The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting
• Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
• Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care
