Deliver Exceptional Whole-Person Care. We are seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing, team-based primary care practice in Fairbanks, Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician who is passionate about preventive medicine, relationship-based care, and improving patient outcomes through a collaborative, value-based care model.
Position Highlights:
- Manageable patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
- Extended appointment times (20-60 minutes)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $211,369 - $317,053

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family or Internal Medicine Residency program
- Current Board Certification through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA
- Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience
- Current, unrestricted Alaska medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Documentation of a negative TB test within 12 months prior to start date
- Experience practicing in a team-based care environment
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Knowledge of medical coding and documentation, including Medicare Advantage and HCC coding
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
