• Managing a preschool classroom of up to 10 children.
• Maintaining a structured daily schedule that balances learning, play, and rest.
• Keeping the classroom clean and organized to create a welcoming space.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth-running program.
• Building positive relationships with children and their families.

• The ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• A successful background check to ensure the safety of our students.
