As an Experienced Electrical Estimator, you will be the backbone of our project planning. You won't just crunch numbers; you’ll interpret complex blueprints, evaluate project costs meticulously, and partner with Project Managers to ensure every bid is a winning one.

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for Industrial and Commercial projects (Design-Build and Plan/Spec).
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineering best practices to build accurate bids.
• Write and review detailed scope letters.
• Ensure all designs meet NEC code (2020 and prior) standards.
• Collaborate with the team to support project execution from start to finish.

• Experience: 5+ years in Electrical Estimating, specifically with design-build type projects.

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Accubid/Anywhere is highly preferred, along with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction practices, industry standards, and current market conditions.
• Mindset: A team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when the job demands it.

$60,000 - $85,000 a year
