Whether you’re just starting out or already a banking superstar, we have a spot for you on our dynamic team (Universal Banker I, II, or III).

• Be the face of the bank: greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
• Assist with everything from deposits and withdrawals to account management and loan payments.
• Build real relationships: get to know your customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Suggest products and services that actually make a difference.
• Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training.
• Step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly (UB III).

• Universal Banker I: 6+ months in cash‑handling, retail, or hospitality.
• Universal Banker II: 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash‑handling; a degree in a related field can replace experience.
• Universal Banker III: 3+ years of banking experience, leadership and mentoring experience preferred, able to run the branch in a pinch.

• Stellar communication and people skills.
• Detail‑driven and highly organized.
• Great under pressure and loves a good challenge.
• Tech‑savvy with MS Office and banking software.
• Team player, self‑starter, and fast learner.

Minimum for Universal Banker I is $22.00/hour, with pay depending on experience.
