Recovery Outreach Case Manager

Join a mission-driven team in Alaska's Mat-Su Valley. Help people find their path to recovery. Build relationships. Create opportunities. Make a difference in your community every day.

Do you have a passion for recovery, community engagement, and helping people discover new possibilities for their lives? Mat-Su Health Services is seeking a Recovery Outreach Case Manager to help shape and grow our Positive Pathways Program. This is not a desk job. We're looking for a self-starter who enjoys meeting people where they are, whether that's in the community, at recovery groups, shelters, partner agencies, or other community settings.

In this role, you'll build relationships with individuals who may be considering change, connect them to resources and support services, and help remove barriers that stand in the way of recovery and wellness. You'll have the opportunity to use creativity, compassion, and problem-solving skills while helping develop innovative outreach strategies that make a real difference in our community. If you are energized by meaningful work, enjoy working independently, and believe in the power of recovery, we'd love to meet you.

Mat-Su Health Services (MSHS), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a compassionate and driven Recovery Outreach Case Manager to join our integrated care team.

At MSHS, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting while working alongside a collaborative team providing whole-person care —including primary care, behavioral health, dental, and psychiatry services.
