Pursuit is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the Golden Skybridge guest services, ticketing and interpretive teams year-round. You will define the guest experience vision, hire and train supervisors, and drive initiatives to delight visitors while upholding Pursuit values.
Reporting to the Hospitality and Guest Experience Manager, you will balance operations, staffing, and safety, coordinating with tour partners and suppliers to deliver unforgettable experiences at iconic destinations.
