SAP Consultant, IT Consultant
Blutic is looking for a seasoned SAP HANA Leadwith 10+ yrs experience to manage and execute migration and mitigation projects across multiple CMT clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP HANA expertise, with a focus on newer age skills, and the ability to work across diverse client environments. This role involves technical leadership, client engagement, and business growth through SAP solutions.
This is a remote opportunity with 6months project engagement with possibility of extension.
The candidate should be willing to work in either of US time zones.
Lead SAP HANA migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Provide technical expertise in SAP HANA architecture, optimization, and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with multiple clients within the CMT space to understand their SAP demands and tailor solutions accordingly.
Identify opportunities for expanding SAP HANA footprint and growing the business.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Stay abreast of SAP innovations, especially in HANA, to recommend best practices and new solutions.
Build and strengthen relationships with key account leads and stakeholders at the CMT level.
Required Skills &Qualifications:
10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on SAP HANA, migration, and mitigation work.
Deep technical expertise in SAP HANA architecture, modeling, and performance tuning.
Proven track record of leading SAP HANA implementations and migrations for multiple clients.
Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including SAP BASIS, SAP BW, SAP S/4
HANA, etc.
Ability to work across multiple client environments and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive in identifying new opportunities and growing the SAP practice within CMT clients.
Preferred Qualifications:SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA).
Experience with newer SAP technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Data Intelligence, etc.
Existing network of CMT clients and account leads for business growth.
