• Serve as the lead architect for One Stream solutions across Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting modules for public sector and commercial clients.
• Own the full lifecycle of solution design—from requirements gathering and architecture to build, testing, and go-live.
• Design and implement custom business rules, data integrations, dashboards, transformation rules, and workflows within the One Stream platform.
• Lead conversations with finance and IT stakeholders, particularly in regulated sectors, to align solutions with compliance, audit, and reporting requirements.
• Drive best practices for metadata management, performance optimization, and governance.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, testing strategies, and system documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams, client-side personnel, and external partners to ensure project success.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong delivery experience in either Planning, Consolidation, or ideally both areas within the One Stream platform.
• 3+ years of One Stream development/architecture experience, and 5+ years of experience in EPM or financial systems implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or guide One Stream solution design in complex environments, preferably with public sector or DoD clients.
• Working knowledge of financial processes such as forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and intercompany eliminations.
• ETL/integration experience with enterprise applications and data warehouses.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of engaging across all levels of stakeholders from technical teams to CFOs.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to the nature of public sector work.
