Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our intelligence platform is the engine that turns data from across the ecosystem into personalized actions that increase purchase frequency and reduce client churn. This PM will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the platform, working at the intersection of AI, data, and clinical operations.
This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team. You'll define what the platform becomes, partner with engineering and data science to build it, and work directly with field and clinical leaders to get it adopted.
What You’ll Do- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the intelligence platform — including next best action targeting, automated communications, churn prevention, data integration, and adaptive modeling.
- Define how the platform evolves over time: where it deepens, where it expands, and how it connects across the broader product ecosystem.
- Make clear prioritization decisions grounded in clinical impact, revenue outcomes, and feasibility.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery — from problem definition and spec through build, launch, and iteration.
- Partner closely with data science, engineering, and analytics to translate intelligence capabilities into usable product features.
- Define success metrics, instrument features, and lead structured reviews of outcomes after every launch.
- Own launch management: ensure every release has a communication plan, training materials, and a clear adoption path for field and clinical teams.
- Serve as the primary product owner for the intelligence platform across internal stakeholders — clinical operations, marketing, regional leadership, and the broader technology team.
- Build and maintain trust with field leaders by communicating clearly about what the platform does, what it doesn't do, and why decisions are made.
- Translate complex AI and data concepts into plain language for non-technical audiences; develop learning materials that drive genuine adoption.
- Establish feedback loops with regional and hospital leaders so the product reflects how care teams actually work.
- Develop a working understanding of the models and data pipelines that power the platform's features — enough to ask the right questions, spot risks, and make informed tradeoffs.
- Define guardrails and transparency standards for AI-driven recommendations: what gets surfaced, how it's explained, and how clinicians maintain authority.
- Partner with the statistical analyst to ensure the platform's outputs are grounded in rigorous measurement and honest evaluation of impact.
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning an AI, data, or intelligence product.
- Demonstrated ability to own a roadmap end-to-end — strategy through execution — with clear outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable presenting to clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Experience working directly with data science or ML teams to bring model-driven features to production.
- Track record of driving adoption for products that require behavior change in the field.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to make decisions and move forward without perfect information.
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or appointment-based service businesses.
- Familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, or next-best-action frameworks.
- Background in CRM, marketing automation, or client communications platforms.
- Experience defining tracking plans and working with analytics instrumentation.
- Exposure to launch management processes for regulated or operationally sensitive environments.
- Deep understanding of the platform's current capabilities, architecture, and gaps — documented and shared with the team.
- A clear v1 roadmap prioritized and aligned with key stakeholders.
- At least one active initiative in flight with a defined launch plan, communication strategy, and success metrics.
- The platform is delivering measurable impact on purchase frequency and churn reduction across targeted hospital cohorts.
- Field and clinical teams trust the platform — they understand what it does, use it consistently, and provide structured feedback.
- A repeatable launch and communication framework is in place for all future releases.
