Engineer III, TechOps CICD, MacOS

• Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions for MacOS applications using modern Dev Ops tool chains
• Create MacOS application self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space to reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for owned services
• Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization
• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident
• Experience administering and troubleshooting MacOS-based hosts and CI/CD dependencies, including Swift, Xcode, and MacOS native package management
• Strong coding abilities using an OOP language such as Python, Java, Groovy, or Go
• 8–12 years of Dev Ops experience with a strong focus on software development
• Hands-on enterprise experience with Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or similar platforms
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns
• SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies, including Bitbucket or Git Lab
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills for working across global, distributed teams
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
• Self-motivated to stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices
• Attention to detail with emphasis on documentation, testing, and maintainable solutions
