Sectr partners is recruiting for a Regional Optometry Director for a growing PE backed optometry organization. The position will oversee clinics across the Pacific Northwest region of the US.
Responsibilities- Increase revenue by meeting KPIs and optimizing billing.
- Ensure compliance, timely claims, and AR management.
- Report monthly RCM KPIs.
- Partner with office managers, leadership, and IT to improve patient experience and data integrity.
- Support accounting on revenue recognition.
- Lead integration of acquired clinics.
- Drive profitability and innovation through data-driven strategies.
- Mentor office managers to build high-performing teams.
- Must have Optometry Operations experience
- Must have multi-site clinic experience
- Must be able to travel across Alaska, Washington & Idaho
