We are seeking a ministry oriented individual who is passionate about helping people in need by guiding them into a Christ relational centered program of stabilizing their life into a thriving lifestyle. This ministry opportunity involves a 2 to 3 year stabilization program that includes transitional housing. These are people who have had various life struggles such as homelessness, alcohol or drug addictions, domestic violence, financial instability, etc.

Responsibilities include working with the Board to build and create this foundational program. You would be responsible for resident care coordination, organizational promotion, fundraising, staff hiring and oversight, and volunteer recruitment.
