Job Overview

Providence is seeking a Registered Nurse in Seward, Alaska. The position is full‑time, 36 hours weekly, with variable shifts.

• Manage resident care for a specific group of residents, including supervision of team members.
• Provide nursing services under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and licensed nurses.
• Coordinate referrals to clinicians, families, and physicians.
• Serve as the point of contact for elder information.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire).
• Preferred: 6+ months of nursing experience in a healthcare facility (acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation) and supervision/leadership experience.

Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full‑time external hires. Additional compensation may include shift differ‑entials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
