Matters Most
To excel as our Intake Coordinator, you need a blend of essential skills that pave the way for success in this dynamic role. With 1–2 years of medical office experience under your belt, you will bring a service‑oriented mindset and a compassionate attitude to effectively relate to staff and other professionals. Your communication skills—both verbal and written—will shine as you interact with referral sources and manage vital information.
Time management is key; you will juggle multiple tasks with ease while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, proof of current insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary for community travel.

- 1–2 years medical office experience preferred
- Ability to relate well to staff and other professionals
- Service‑oriented mindset and compassionate, caring attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication and time‑management skills
- Valid driver’s license with proof of current insurance and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification and proof of negative TB test
