Step into a rewarding role as a Medical Provider on our Atlas Medical Care Team, where your mission is to deliver mobile on‑site primary care to vulnerable patients in assisted living and senior communities. In this dynamic position, you'll autonomously manage complex healthcare scenarios, address the challenges of multiple co‑morbid conditions with confidence, and play a crucial role in educating patients and their families on self‑care, disease management, and end‑of‑life discussions.
Collaboration is at the heart of our team approach: you will work closely with facility staff and our Atlas Patient Care support teams while upholding quality measures and confidentiality.
To thrive as a Medical Provider on our Atlas Medical Care Team, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experience: a minimum of one year of primary care experience, valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in your state of practice, and the ability to work independently while driving between communities to deliver care.
Proficiency in using an EMR system, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent time‑management abilities are required to streamline patient documentation, educate patients, and collaborate with facility staff.
Additionally, you must possess current CPR certification and provide proof of a negative TB test to maintain the highest standards of care and safety.
