Job Overview

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
