In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support that directly meets shoppers' needs. Your responsibilities will include creating attractive displays and end caps, organizing shelf resets with product rotation, and tracking inventory to capitalize on sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. Additionally, you will assist management with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

- You engage readily with customers and management in a friendly and energetic way.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You’re physically capable of performing tasks that involve moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- You have reliable transportation for commuting to work.
- You hold 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
- You have experience in leading and training team members.
- You are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for recording work tasks after each shift.
- You showcase exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and teammates.
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for results.
- You work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- You consistently prioritize safety in a retail environment.
