Alaska Tr outfitters is in search of a hardworking and personable team member for their fly shop for the summer 2026 season. Located on the Kenai River, the position offers an exciting work environment where a passion for fly fishing is essential. Candidates should be eager to assist customers, set up fishing gear, and provide excellent service.
This role includes tasks such as greeting guests, managing rentals, and answering customer inquiries. Retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
