Sales Associate - Customer Service Representative - Wasilla

What You'll Be Doing

* Delivering great retail customer service in-store and over the phone

* Recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs

* Processing sales, operating the POS register, and handling cash transactions

* Assisting with battery installation services for vehicles and devices

* Stocking, merchandising, and supporting daily store operations

* Keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-ready

Pay, Bonuses & Benefits

* Competitive starting pay of $21.00 per hour

* PTO accrued on hours worked:
Year 1 = 40 hours, Year 2 = 60 hours, Year 3 = 8 hours

Schedule

This is a full-time retail position with shifts scheduled during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Store hours are Monday-Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What We're Looking For

* Retail sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)

* Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

* Comfort with technology, POS systems, and learning new products

* Basic math skills and attention to detail

* Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus

* Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
