Front End Service Team Supervisor

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service, greeting and thanking customers, processing returns/refunds, carrying out financial transactions, and ensuring a clean and efficient checkout area.

• smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• stand for long periods while checking out customers quickly and accurately
• maintain a clean and presentable checkout area
• scan items, explain prices, bag items, count cash back, and handle other checkout tasks efficiently
• answer customer questions and help them with their needs
• assist associates across the store as needed
• ensure customers have a great first and last impression at the front end
• operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
• clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed
• maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions
