Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and choose the right products, such as apples or cereal, to fulfill online orders. They work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing shopping for online customers while also assisting in‑store customers when needed. They dispense orders, engage customers in conversation, and ensure accurate, timely delivery. The pace can be intense, especially in evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
