Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission

The organization partners closely with leading drone OEMs and platform innovators to enable reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity across airborne and mobile robotic systems.

About the Role

The Associate Director of Sales is a mid-level sales role responsible for converting inbound demand and expanding relationships with mid-tier drone OEM customers. This individual will manage opportunities through the full sales cycle while developing toward ownership of larger strategic accounts over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and convert inbound opportunities from drone OEM customers
  • Manage and grow mid-level OEM accounts across the full customer lifecycle
  • Qualify opportunities and advance deals from initial interest through purchase order
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to support technical evaluations and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and quoting activity
  • Build strong working relationships with customer engineering and procurement stakeholders
What Success Looks Like
  • High conversion rates on inbound sales opportunities
  • Consistent and predictable revenue from mid-tier OEM accounts
  • Clean, accurate pipeline management and reliable deal execution
  • Strong customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long‑term engagement
Candidate Profile
  • Proven B2B hardware sales experience within the drone/UAS industry
  • Direct experience selling to drone OEMs (non‑channel sales)
  • Ability to manage multiple active sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills, follow‑up discipline, and customer communication
  • RF and/or wireless technology experience preferred but not required
