What you'll be doing:

As an ERP Senior Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in driving new business and fostering deep relationships within existing client accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading new client acquisition and expanding the footprint of our client's flagship cloud ERP solutions.
  • Guiding prospects through a consultative sales journey, building trust and ensuring seamless transitions from initial interest to successful implementation.
  • Strategically identifying and converting high-potential leads through tailored engagement approaches.
  • Crafting and presenting compelling, precise sales proposals that clearly articulate value and scope.
  • Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and aligning them with powerful ERP solutions.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client value by introducing complementary modules and services.
  • Leading executive-level business reviews with key accounts to ensure ongoing success and identify growth pathways.
  • Building and nurturing long-term strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with marketing to execute targeted demand generation campaigns.
  • Consistently achieving and surpassing ambitious sales targets.
  • Mastering the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Maintaining impeccable CRM records to track progress and activities.
  • Staying ahead of the curve with deep expertise in the core ERP platform's features and applications.
  • Actively contributing to brand awareness through professional networking and industry engagement.

What we're looking for:

My client is seeking a self-motivated individual with:

  • A strong understanding of core business processes and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Proven success in selling complex B2B software solutions, particularly within the ERP sector (Net Suite, Epicor, Acumatica, Infor, SAP, Oracle). Manufacturing, logistics and construction experience is a bonus!
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full B2B sales process, including effective lead generation and closing C-level deals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot) and Microsoft Suite.
  • The ability to establish and cultivate strong executive-level relationships.
  • A professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
  • A collaborative spirit, able to thrive independently and as part of a strong team.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client visits, prospect engagements, and industry events.
  • A college degree is preferred.
