Overview

Standard Textile is a leading provider of textile solutions for the healthcare industry. We seek an experienced sales professional to own a Houston, TX territory, selling textiles, bedding, gowns, and related products to hospitals and healthcare laundries.

• Manage and grow an established territory by calling on hospitals and healthcare laundries.
• Expand existing relationships and create territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and close new business opportunities, win competitive bids through pricing and proposals.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, advising customers on product solutions and innovating programs.
• Analyze sales data and business reports to inform strategy.
• Partner closely with a dedicated Customer Service Representative.
• Manage multiple accounts while traveling within the territory as required.

• Proven revenue growth success in a territory sales role.
• Strong drive, resilience, and competitive mindset.
• B2B consultative sales experience.
• Experience selling premium or solution‑based products.
• Familiarity with healthcare or hospital environments.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Background in textiles, apparel, or related industries is preferred.

• Base salary plus variable range including accelerators and uncapped incentives.
