As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key support role—keeping supplies stocked, equipment moving, and operations running smoothly so the clinical team can focus on what matters most: saving lives. This is a newly added position as the logistics team continues to grow.

Key responsibilities- Run daily errands and fulfill supply and equipment requests across all departments
- Conduct morning checks including cabinet audits and spare equipment tracking
- Manage backstock tasks: cycle counts, ordering, and medical mission drop-offs
- Handle medication and used supply disposal in compliance with Alaska Medical Waste guidelines
- Assist with preventive maintenance and transport equipment to Bio Med as needed
- Fill base supply requests and generate related reports
- Maintain and clean up data in systems such as OPIQ (load lists and supply updates)
- Monitor and follow up on backorders and PM status
- Support facility and fleet needs including vehicle shuffling and pickups/drop-offs updated
- Coordinate inventory management and supply chain operations across departments new
- Operate within FDA and/or DEA regulated environment requirements as applicable new

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current, valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain a pharmacy technician license within one year of hire and maintain current licensure
- Minimum 5 years of clerical or logistics experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with web-based databases; experience with OPIQ or similar systems a plus
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to multi‑prioritize and perform with a high sense of urgency new
- Experience with supply chain coordination and inventory management new
- Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment highly desired
- FDA or DEA regulated environment experience preferred new
- Medical background preferred
