FIFO Alaska Floor hands – 14/14 or 21/21 Rotations – Nabors – Arctic Conditions

Nabors is hiring Floor hands for rotational work in Arctic Alaska, supporting rig operations in extreme environmental conditions. Candidates will assist with drill pipe handling, rig-up/rig-down operations, shaker monitoring, and BOP assembly while adhering to strict safety and procedural guidelines. This job offers long rotation options (14/14 or 21/21), FIFO access, and the chance to join one of the most recognized names in oilfield drilling services.

• Camp accommodations in remote Alaska
• 14/14 or 21/21 rotational schedule
• Fly-in/Fly-out (FIFO) structure from Anchorage

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of floorhand or rig crew experience
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and operate hand/power tools
• Must work safely in extreme Arctic conditions (snow, ice, subzero temps)
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license (Real )
• Respiratory protection and PPE compliance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Experience working in 24-hour operations or remote rig sites
• Mechanical aptitude and BOP familiarity
• Completion of Floorhand training at NDUSA
• Ability to stay alert and focused during repetitive, high-risk tasks in harsh conditions
