Nordic Calista is seeking Roustabouts for their Alaska State Wide operations. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting drilling floor crews and maintaining oilfield rigs and camps. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a dynamic oilfield environment.

- Ability to obtain a North Slope Training Cooperative card prior to working

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Comfort working at heights up to 175 feet
- Compliance with company safety and HSE policies
- Previous related experience preferred
