Heavy Equipment Operators - UIC Construction - FIFO - Tuluksak, AK

UIC Construction LLC is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team in Tuluksak, Alaska. This role involves operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction, excavation, and material handling operations. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-conscious, and able to work independently in challenging environments.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain it
• Proficiency with bulldozers, shovels, excavators, loaders, and forklifts
• 3+ years of prior work history as a heavy equipment operator
• 5+ years of related experience in commercial construction
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to comply with OSHA regulations
• Punctual and reliable work history
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and background check (if required)
• Ability to pass an in-house, online, driving course (if driving is required)
• Physical ability to perform extensive activity, including lifting over 50 pounds and working at heights above 12 feet
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at various elevations

• CDL license (preferred)
