Introduction to Ace Dragon Coatings & Foam Inc.

We are an Alaskan based company covering all of Alaska and extend operations to Greenland. Our crews travel from Ketchikan to the North Slope Oil Fields to remote villages, and are presently working at Pituffik Space Force Base in Greenland after being selected as the only company that met all requirements to lift a buried building.

Our specialty is ground injection that supports buildings, highways, and airport runways. We have been the first to stabilize a creek bank with our grout injection and will be stabilizing Cook Inlet shoreline later in the year.

Our crews are housed in Airbnb, hotels, military boarding facilities, or remote villages; all crew members are men.

Work is scheduled in multi‑month tours across Alaska and Greenland. Most assignments last two to three weeks in Alaska, while Greenland assignments continue until the job is complete.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour for those with no related skills; wages increase with training and skill acquisition, with the current highest over $35.00 per hour. Extra hours beyond 8 per day or 40 per week are paid 1.5 times the hourly rate. Health care insurance is offered after six months of employment.

Qualifications:
