NANA Construction is seeking experienced Structural Welders/Fitters for rotational work on the North Slope, Alaska. This role involves planning, laying out, positioning, and fitting together fabricated parts of structural metal products, as well as welding and assembling metal components. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, skilled in industrial construction, and able to work in extreme conditions.

- High school diploma or GED, or ten (10) years Structural Welder/Fitter experience
- Minimum two (2) years experience as a Structural Welder/Fitter
- Ability to pass structural welding test (flat, vertical, and overhead)
- Knowledge of industrial construction and related equipment
- Must bring own basic hand tools (list provided at hire)
- Ability to work at heights and in extreme cold/outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
- Valid identification for TSA security checkpoint travel
- Steel toed boots required
- Driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years preferred
