Position: Social Services Associate - Wasilla (PCN 063058)

Social Services Associate – Wasilla, Alaska What You Will Be Doing

A Social Services Associate provides essential paraprofessional support to Child Protection staff with a focus on documentation management and legal coordination.

Duties include:

  • Prepare and transmit case documentation to legal representatives for discovery.
  • Process records requests from internal and external parties.
  • Provide reliable front office coverage: greeting clients and visitors, answering and routing phone calls, managing documents, and offering general clerical support.

    • This position requires a valid Alaska driver’s license.

    • Training may be required in Anchorage.
    Benefits

    Full‑time benefits include insurance, retirement, paid leave, and twelve paid holidays per year. Probationary period: first six months include job training.
