Social Services Program Coordinator (PCN 261026)

ResponsibilitiesThe Social Services Program Coordinator (SSPC) for the Team Decision Making (TDM) Unit is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day performance, coordination, management, and maintenance of the TDM team. The TDM unit coordinates and facilitates ongoing meetings for children and youth that have placement search challenges. The SSPC will oversee unit productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer service, and regularly collaborate and consult with OCS Licensing and Protective Services teams, referring to regulatory and statutory requirements, policies, and procedures.
This position bridges the gap between TDM and the Resource Family Unit, supporting shared objectives.

Special note: All positions require a valid successful completion of a background investigation, including fingerprinting and a criminal records check. The successful candidate may be required to attend multiple training courses normally located in Anchorage.
