JOB SUMMARY
This is a seasonal position set to end approximately April 2026. The Bed / Winch Truck Driver is responsible for operating bed trucks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Operate and maintain bed trucks to transport materials for Well Testing/Drilling Support.
- Load and secure materials, heavy equipment and other goods for Well Testing/Drilling Support operations.
- Perform extensive manual labor to operate and secure loads at cold temperatures; previous experience driving ice roads.
- Prepare, update, and maintain logs, records, manifests and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment operation and identify malfunctions.
- Inspect, adjust, and perform minor equipment repairs.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Clean, store, and maintain equipment as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comply with company and customer policies and procedures.
- Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
- Minimum of three (3) years winch/bed truck operator experience.
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license with current US DOT medical card.
- Experience driving ice roads in adverse weather conditions.
- Willingness to adhere to Safety Culture.
- Valid driver’s license.
- North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification.
- Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials endorsement on Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry and in the arctic environment.
- Hazardous Material endorsement on Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- Previous experience operating a loader.

The position requires manual labor in cold temperatures and remote Arctic locations. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, Fit‑for‑Duty exam, background check, and obtain the required access badge.
