Job Summary
The head instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership‑driven personality is a must. The instructor must not only teach but also inspire others to become the best version of themselves. A commitment to continuous learning and a student‑first mindset are essential.
Responsibilities- Provide A+ quality class instruction for 5–7 high‑energy, benefit‑driven classes daily
- Manage customer relations with students and parents
- Test students against curriculum standards
- Perform marketing activities
- Set appointments
- Plan and host events such as birthday parties and parent nights out
- Prior martial arts experience
- Black belt certificate not mandatory but a plus
- Organized self‑starter
- Service‑first mentality
- Commissions and bonuses
