Retail Team Member Sales -Watauga

Locations: Store #15 Watauga - 7201 Rufe Snow Drive, Watauga, Texas

Salary: $14.82 per hour

Work Hours: Full time (40 hours/week). Days and hours vary; 2 days off per week.

Manage the POS system, credit card terminal, and handle cash accurately. Answer telephones and provide excellent customer service by greeting customers within seconds of arrival, assisting customers on the sales floor with merchandise selection and location, and processing sales. Assist with maintenance of hangers, sizing of textiles, returning empty racks and carts to production area, and restocking depleted merchandise. Maintain the overall appearance of the sales floor and perform all necessary cleaning functions.

Other duties as requested. Availability to work when the store is open 7 days a week, 8 AM through 7 PM is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team.
• Customer service experience dealing with the public is preferred.
• Proficient in basic math, reading and writing; ability to operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card draft terminal, pricing system).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Meet quotas and make pricing decisions based on product quality.

Physical stamina needed for a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Walking, standing for prolonged periods, stooping, reaching up to 6 ft. (with ladder if needed), and pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds (heavier lifting may be required with assistance). Mobile in all areas of the facility.
