Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base+Commission/month

Handle customers throughout the entire parts experience with their satisfaction as the number one priority

This position does not lead others

• Productivity:
  Meet all production metrics as prescribed by Management.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Be a Hoffman Ambassador with a positive forward-thinking attitude with all customers and team members in mind. Meet manufacture standards.
• Technology:
  Utilize all tools provided to perform daily duties effectively.
• Knowledge:
  Achieve and maintain certification for Hoffman and manufacturer required trainings.

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years’ experience in a dealership environment or automotive equivalent required
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
• Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
• Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
• Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
• Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
