Exciting Externship Opportunity for Innovative Practice North of Pittsburgh

Windrose Animal Hospital is a bustling practice that offers general and urgent care services in the Cranberry Township area. We are inviting you to join us as an extern. This excellent opportunity will teach students how to practice top-notch medicine, gain valuable hands-on clinical experience, and enrich the lives of patients and clients along the way. Led by Dr. RJ Skalos, one of the top-rated veterinarians in the Pittsburgh area, students will gain real-life, “in the trenches” experience, gather patient information and history, perform physical exams, create treatment plans, diagnostics, and surgical & dentistry services.

About the Hospital

• General and Dental Surgery including DR conventional and Dental X-ray

• Surgical suite equipped with electrocautery and Voyant (similar to ligasure) surgical systems
