We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician in Waterbury, Connecticut to provide high-quality inpatient care.
- Deliver comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform daily patient rounds, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees.
