What You’ll Be Doing
- Teach hands‑on HVAC skills using real equipment and real scenarios
- Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices
- Mentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learners
- Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real‑world success
- Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
- Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team
No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required —
we provide curriculum, training, and support

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- S1 or S2 licensing required or (B1 and D1) or (B2 and D2)
- At least 3 years of hands‑on HVAC experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
- Strong communication and organization skills
