About This Role
To provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children, the successful candidate will assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities that cater to individual needs. A key responsibility will be to ensure children achieve desired outcomes, ultimately contributing to their school readiness.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with the teacher to develop lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of children, with a focus on enhancing individual learning outcomes.
- Implement educational activities and plans, adhering to established guidelines.
- Provide supervision as needed to designated groups or individual children, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Accurately record and document children's attendance.
- Engage with parents to foster a sense of community and encourage involvement in the educational process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the teacher or supervisor.

- High School/GED
Pursuit of Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) is highly desirable for this role, as it demonstrates a commitment to professional development and expertise in early childhood education.
