Job Overview

Job Responsibilities- Diagnose machine failures and identify root causes using knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Create design changes based on root‑cause analyses of field issues.
- Develop electrical and mechanical systems, including 3‑phase power, low‑voltage controls, motor controls, PLC, hydraulic, filtration, refrigeration, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Improve product performance and maintain product documentation.
- Provide live technical support via phone and email.
- Perform related duties as required.
The position requires travel to customer sites for field installation projects and service. Overnight travel may be required situationally, up to three times per month depending on demand.
Qualifications & Competencies- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Customer‑service and listening skills to develop solutions based on customer complaints.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Agricacity to learn and understand how systems operate.
- Diagnostic and root‑cause identification skills.
- Technical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to read, understand, and create drawings, schematics, and CAD models.
