Duties
- Develop and manage the utility maintenance action plan for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization projects.
- Prioritize utility projects to meet mission within annual budget constraints.
- Supervise the proper operations and maintenance of utility production and distribution systems supporting military, industrial, and medical operations.
- Communicate the status of utility systems, including projected outage durations, root cause analysis, and critical information reports requesting assistance when necessary.
- Prepare after‑action reports following major utility evolutions to discuss lessons learned, root causes, preventive measures, and necessary follow‑on projects.
Selective Placement Factor (SPF):
Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any state, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or above the GS‑12 grade level or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
