  What’s Needed
  • CFP certification (required)
  • Series 65 or 66 license (required)
  • 3–8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience with eMoney or similar financial planning software (preferred)
  • A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and a desire to grow with the firm
    
    About the Role

    This is an onsite position in Fairfield County, CT, where you’ll work closely with the firm’s founder to learn their processes, join client meetings, and eventually transition into managing a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and eager to grow with a boutique firm that values personalized service and long-term client relationships.

    Fairfield County, CT, offers a vibrant community with excellent schools, cultural attractions, and proximity to New York City. This is an onsite role, so candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
